Running the numbers - for 17 days (since I have unusually complete intake/exercise records from those days)
I averaged 390 calories/day for workouts
I ate an average of 568 calories/day under my normal daily caloric allowance
Which means:
~40% of the weight loss is from exercise
~60% of the weight loss is from diet
Which I need to keep in mind to work on both aspects every day! Slack off on either one and the amount lost is cut in half!
