Nevertheless, the body fat reading on the Tanita went down 1.4%. That's something.
Onward! It's not getting to me, since I know I'm moving every day in the right direction.
Also: Tried a new Jillian Michaels workout DVD that I got on sale at Target - and I LOVED it! I like how she mixes it up and combines strength moves, upper/lower body simultaneously, and yoga/stretching. Plus on the DVD you can do any combination of warmups, 3 choices of workouts, and cooldowns. AND they use the real Biggest Loser people when they're fat in them, not skinny Barbies. I think I'm actually going to do these, might even buy some more!
